Accessories: common questions
How do I check if my scale is accurate?
Place a known test weight, such as one from the AD-009 Test Weight Set, on the scale. If the reading matches the weight, the scale is accurate. If not, recalibrate it using the steps in its manual.
Which power adapter fits my scale?
Check the label near the power socket on your scale. If it says 9V, choose the AD-001. If it says 12V, choose the AD-002. Send us a photo on WhatsApp if you are unsure.
How long does a rechargeable scale battery last?
It depends on the scale and how many hours a day it runs. Charge it fully overnight and replace it when the scale no longer lasts a full working day.
What is a customer display for?
A customer display shows the weight and price on the customer's side of the counter. Customers can see the reading themselves, which builds trust.
Do you deliver accessories on their own?
Yes. Accessories ship anywhere in Pakistan in 3 to 5 days with Cash on Delivery. Delivery is Rs 300, and free on orders above Rs 30,000.
