Retail Scales: common questions
What is the price of a price computing scale in Pakistan?
Taraazu price computing scales cost Rs 5,500 (Tycoon, 3 PLU) and Rs 8,500 (ACS-8300, 7 PLU). Both weigh up to 40 kg.
What does PLU mean on a shop scale?
PLU stands for price look-up. It is a key that saves the price of an item, such as tomatoes or chicken, so you press one key instead of typing the rate each time.
Will the scale work during load-shedding?
Shop scales can run on a rechargeable battery. Our Rechargeable Scale Battery 6V (AD-005) keeps the scale working when the power goes.
Which scale is best for a chicken or meat shop?
